Coaching
Sometimes you are not in crisis. You are simply aware that something in your life is asking for your attention.
You may feel restless, uncertain, or disconnected from the life you want to be living. Perhaps you are facing a transition, trying to make an important decision, longing to understand yourself more deeply, or sensing that you are ready for change but unsure what the next step should be.
Coaching offers a space to pause, listen, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Our work together will focus on where you are now, where you feel drawn to go, and what may be getting in the way. I will help you slow down enough to hear your own wisdom, recognize the patterns influencing your choices, and translate insight into meaningful action.
I do not see coaching as someone else telling you how to live your life. I see it as a collaborative process. I will ask thoughtful questions, offer honest reflection, help you notice what you may be overlooking, and support you as you make choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.
Coaching may be a good fit if you are:
Navigating a life, relationship, career, or spiritual transition
Seeking greater clarity about your values, identity, or direction
Feeling stuck between several possible paths
Wanting support with goals, accountability, or follow-through
Learning to trust yourself and make more intentional choices
Exploring purpose, calling, leadership, or personal growth
Interested in understanding yourself through the Enneagram
Longing to create a life that feels more honest, meaningful, and aligned
My coaching approach is warm, relational, and reflective. We may explore your values, beliefs, patterns, strengths, fears, and deeper longings while also identifying practical steps that help you move toward the life you want to create.
The Enneagram can be incorporated as a tool for self-awareness and growth when it is helpful. Faith and spirituality may also be included if they are meaningful to you. You are welcome to bring your questions, doubts, hopes, and beliefs without pressure to arrive at a particular conclusion.
Coaching and Counseling Are Different
Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental-health conditions. It is best suited for individuals who are generally emotionally stable and are seeking support with growth, clarity, goals, transitions, or intentional change.
If it becomes clear that your needs would be better supported through counseling, I will talk with you honestly and help you consider the most appropriate next step.
Is Coaching Right for You?
You do not need to have a perfectly defined goal before reaching out. Sometimes the first part of coaching is simply creating enough space to hear what is stirring within you.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so that we can talk about what you are seeking and determine whether coaching together feels like a good fit.
You may not know the entire path ahead. You only need enough clarity to take the next honest step.
