Hi. I’m Lauren. It’s nice to meet you.

Just a fellow sojourner on this crazy journey of life.

I don’t believe that being a therapist or coach means standing above someone with all the answers. I see myself as someone who comes alongside you—with curiosity, compassion, honesty, and respect for the wisdom already within you.

Life can be beautiful, painful, confusing, sacred, and wildly unpredictable, sometimes all at once. I have experienced my own seasons of questioning what I believed, who I was, what mattered most, and what it meant to live an authentic and meaningful life. Those seasons have shaped both who I am and the way I sit with others.

I know that growth is rarely neat or linear. Sometimes it looks like taking courageous action. Other times, it looks like slowing down, becoming still, or finally allowing ourselves to acknowledge what has been true for a long time.

My own journey has taught me the value of curiosity over certainty, compassion over shame, and presence over quick answers. I have come to believe that we do not need to have everything figured out in order to begin. We need a place where we can be honest about where we are.

I am a licensed professional counselor, coach, lifelong learner, and fellow human being. I bring training, experience, and thoughtful attention into our work, but I will never assume that I know your life better than you do.

Above all, I hope to offer a relationship in which you do not have to perform, prove yourself, or pretend to be further along than you are.

You do not need to have the whole journey mapped out.

You only need a place to begin.
